Led by Executive Chef Mark Kropczynski, THE US GRANT culinary program follows the philosophy that “only the best will do,” and in doing so, sources the freshest ingredients, prime meats and sea food available. For banquets and events, Chef Kropczynski takes pride on creating diverse menus that celebrate a flair for contemporary preparations and artistic presentations.

Our on-site audiovisual equipment and support (through PSAV), equips each meeting with top-of-the-line audiovisual equipment. PSAV offers both crafted meeting packages and customized proposals. Service include: Wi-Fi and High Speed Internet capabilities, conference phones and call support, flip charts with mahogany easels, laptops with MS Office, digital recording, DLP projectors, and more. Executive Meeting Specialist
Hosts of events held at THE US GRANT benefit from dedicated and highly trained Executive Meeting Specialists, who are at their side throughout an event, ready to assist with any needs or requests. Catering to each group and event's every need, they review the venue prior to event, remain on-site to troubleshoot, and liaison between all operating departments.
